The NBA has reached a new television rights deal, according to the Athletic.

It was intially reported in May that the league would get a new deal that would not include TNT but bring back NBC, which was the NBA’s television partner from 1954-1962 and 1990-2002.

RealGM says that the new 11-year, $76 billion deal includes national television games every day of the week after the conclusion of the NFL season. NBC, ESPN, Amazon, and NBC’s streaming service Peacock will be getting the games.

The partnership will signal an end to the NBA’s relationship with TNT, which has had NBA programming going back to 1988-1989. The Emmy award winning studio show Inside the NBA will have its final run for the 2024-2025 season.

The last NBA season of NBC rights was 2001-2002.
